Radiant 2008
Project Radiant grew out of a joyful exploration of mandala-like forms during my childbearing years when my life was full of the demands of early motherhood. I was responding to a heightened sense of connection to beauty and to place. The doodles and simple drawings created in my limited free time developed into a project that was funded by the Gov’t of Canada and was shared on the streets of Edmonton, hung in the Art Gallery of Alberta, and is now part of a permanent collection on granite benches on Alberta Avenue.
